SHAKEN ESPRESSO
- Double espresso
- 23mL brown sugar syrup
- Ice
- 160mL MILKLAB Almond or milk of choice
Method
- Add the double espresso, brown sugar syrup and ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well until the mixture is thoroughly chilled and a silky espresso foam has formed.
- Pour the shaken espresso into a clear glass or cup.
- Gently pour MILKLAB into the glass or cup to create a layered appearance.
