Ingredients
- Double espresso shot
- 160mL MILKLAB Soy or milk of choice
- 30g Chai Powder
- Ice
SOY CREAM
- 30mL plant cream
- 30mL MILKLAB Soy
GARNISH
- Cinnamon powder
- Fresh orange zest (optional)
Method
- Add chai powder to the double espresso and stir until completely dissolved.
- Pour in MILKLAB and mix until well combined.
- Fill a clear glass or cup with ice and pour in the latte base.
- Lightly whip the plant cream with MILKLAB until smooth and pourable.
- Gently layer the soy cream over the drink.
- Finish with a light dusting of cinnamon powder and garnish with fresh orange zest (optional).
